Aaahhh...the innocence of a child...

I just had to share this story about "G"man.... Yesterday, I picked the kids up after school, and as usual, asked them how their day was. "C" man said they watched the inuaguration for about 2 hours in the high school auditorium, and continued to complain that they missed recess, blah, blah,... "A" man said they read a book about it, since the Pre-K would never had been able to sit for 2 hours. I asked "G" man if they too watched it and he said yes, with a pouty face. So, I knew I had to press further to see what the face was all about. He said it not so many words that he was basically worried about Obama becoming President. I asked him why, and he said because a boy in his class told him that Obama was going to raise prices. "G" then continued to say that he knows for a fact Obama is going raise prices because he already started to. I asked him how he knew, and he said, "Because, when I used my allowance money Sunday at Walmart to buy a new Transformer, it cost $10, and they used to only cost $7.77!"
And he is worried now that he has to save even more money for a new Transformer. I had to bite my lip to keep from laughing! He just cracks me up sometimes! Just had to share this little snippet in the typical day of our lives!
