What's that spell? FINALLY!

We were just notified by email that our LOA arrived at our agency this morning! We weren't even expecting it until atleast Thursday! Just when you are least expecting it in the adoption world-something like this happens-yippee! I am just so on cloud 9 right now, you can't even imagine!

Will post more later-have to go make some phone calls!
